Fairmeadows’ mission is to deliver the highest quality Home Medical Equipment, Oxygen and Gas Services with the highest service level to the communities within its delivery area in order to enhance quality of life, increase independence, and help you serve your community.

Fairmeadows Pharmacy was founded as a retail pharmacy in 1975. It has always been located in Munster, Indiana. Over the years, the pharmacy serviced retail, home health, hospice, nursing home, and developmentally disabled patients.

The professional services that Fairmeadows has developed have assisted patients in its service area with everything from specially compounded products for new borns to intravenous pain medication for a terminally ill grandfather. The driving philosophy for Fairmeadows has always been service, service, and service.

Fairmeadows has strived to assemble a team of professionals who share the philosophy and the goal of quality, timely service to its customers & patients. This team has evolved over the last 38 years to include pharmacists, respiratory therapists, delivery technicians, and reimbursement experts

To that end, Fairmeadows has strived to assemble a team of professionals who share that philosophy and the goal of quality, timely service to its patients. This team has evolved over the last 26 years to include pharmacists, respiratory therapists, delivery technicians, and reimbursement experts with specialties in Medicare and Medicaid patients.

In 1995, the organization created Fairmeadows Home Health Center, Inc. located originally in a 1600 square foot office in Munster, Indiana.

Customer approval and demand made it necessary to relocate to a larger 5000 square foot facility in Griffith, Indiana three years ago. Continued growth has enabled Fairmeadows to move to its present location, a newly built 10000 square foot building in Schererville, Indiana

The Fairmeadows organization currently supplies Home Medical equipment, respiratory services, and infusion services to over 2500 patients. This includes the Northwest Indiana area and collar communities of Illinois that are within a service radius of approximately 50 miles.

On top of adding the expertise, in 2013 we added ADDITIONAL SERVICES to our offering. With the addition of The Fair Care Shop and now the acquisition of American Medical Oxygen Sales, Fairmeadows is in a position to offer a complete support solution to Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Long Term Care Facilities.
